Notes:

  • Refund requests for custom products (e.g., personalized jerseys or custom polo shirts) are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
  • You may also receive a store credit or gift voucher, depending on the return preference selected.
