We currently ship all orders within the U.S. and ensure transparent communication throughout every step of your delivery process.
All orders placed through our website are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or inventory fluctuations. Shopsery shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping & Delivery Options
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to keep customers informed through status updates.
Domestic Shipping
Shopsery currently ships within the United States only. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Available Carriers: UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders over $100. Wholesale and bulk orders may incur additional freight costs depending on size, weight, and volume.

Shipping Costs & Expedited Option
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and delivery method.
If you choose expedited or express shipping, additional fees will apply. We will promptly notify you of any changes or adjustments before processing your payment.
Large or heavy items (such as bulk jersey or polo shirt orders) require special handling and freight shipping arrangements. Once these orders are placed, a shipping specialist will contact you with accurate shipping costs and delivery timing.
All delivery estimates are made in good faith and provided for guidance only.
International Shipping
At this time, Shopsery does not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our delivery network in the future to include select international destinations.
If you place an order with a shipping address outside the U.S., your payment will be refunded, and the order will be canceled.
Shipment Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this number to track your package through the respective carrier's website.
If your shipment is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the delivery estimate), please contact our support team so that we can investigate the issue with the courier and ensure resolution.
If you place an order with a shipping address outside the U.S., your payment will be refunded, and the order will be canceled.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Include your order number, photographs of the item, and a brief description of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Shopsery cannot be held responsible for delays or damages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, refusal of acceptance, or errors made by the carrier once the package is in transit.
