Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the process for returning or exchanging a product purchased through our website (shopsery.com).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • The return request must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • A valid order number or invoice ID must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom jerseys or polo shirts with names, logos, or prints).

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

  • Hygiene and baby care products (for health and safety reasons).

Custom Products

Orders containing customized jerseys or custom polo T-shirts are final once production begins.

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Returns or exchanges for custom products are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or with a printing/production error.

  • In such cases, the item may be reproduced or refunded, depending on availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@shopsery.com.
Please include:

  • Order ID and tracking number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, Shopsery will arrange for a replacement, reprint, or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For eligible wholesale purchases, refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on order volume and inspection time.

Partial Refunds:

A partial refund (typically up to 50%) may be issued if the product:

  • Shows signs of use or handling.

  • Is missing original packaging or components.

Store Credit & Gift Vouchers

In some cases, customers may choose store credit instead of a cash refund.
If you select this option, Shopsery will issue a gift voucher worth up to 70% of the product’s value for use in future purchases.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label via email.

  • Always retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for verification.

Exceptions

Shopsery reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if:

  • The item shows clear signs of misuse or damage after delivery.

  • The return request is made after the 14-day period.

  • The order was made for bulk or wholesale items that fall under “final sale” terms.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds and credits are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
